Welcome to Cheri Bun Love. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Cheri Bun Love is a UK home bakery producing handmade baked goods to order. As all products are made fresh, slight variations in appearance may occur.

2. Placing an Order

• Orders are subject to availability.

• An order is only confirmed once payment has been received.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where necessary. If this happens after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Delivery charges are calculated separately where applicable.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full before your order is prepared unless otherwise agreed.

We accept secure payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

As our products are freshly made to order:

• Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled dispatch or collection date.

• After this point, ingredients and production may already have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

• If cancellation is accepted after production has started, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders on the selected delivery date.

Please note:

• Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, traffic, or circumstances outside of our control.

• Someone should be available to receive the parcel where possible.

• Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the parcel has been delivered.

7. Collections

If collecting your order:

• Collection times must be agreed in advance.

• Please arrive within your allocated collection window.

• Once collected, responsibility for storage and transportation transfers to the customer.

8. Allergens

Our kitchen handles a variety of allergens including but not limited to:

• Wheat (Gluten)

• Milk

• Eggs

• Soya

• Peanuts

• Tree Nuts

Although every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, all products are prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present. Therefore we cannot guarantee any item is completely free from allergens.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before ordering.

9. Product Information

Because all products are handmade:

• Colours may vary.

• Decorations may differ slightly.

• Sizes are approximate.

• Product photographs are for illustration purposes only.

10. Storage

For the best quality:

• Store products as advised upon delivery.

• Consume by the recommended date provided.

• We cannot accept responsibility for products stored incorrectly after delivery or collection.

11. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, including photographs where possible.

Where appropriate we may offer:

• a replacement,

• a partial refund, or

• a full refund,

at our discretion and in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information.

• Ensuring someone is available to receive the order where required.

• Checking allergen information before consuming products.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, photographs and designs remain the property of Cheri Bun Love and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

14. Privacy

Your personal information will only be used to process your order and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order purchased.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
