  • We offer sweet treats and we can also cater for custom items, such as customised cupcakes, tray bakes and celebration cakes. Just get in touch with your needs and we will see if we can help.

  • We dispatch every Wednesday for Thursday delivery via royal mail tracked 24.

    All orders need to be in by Tuesday 1pm or they will fall into the following weeks deliveries.

    Please be advised that Royal mail send an email advising of your delivery and it usually goes into your junk, so please check there for your confirmation.

    Missed deliveries are down to you to rebook so please ensure you do so promptly to ensure the quality of your sweet treats remains great.

    We are not liable for missed deliveries and non collections.

  • Yes we can deliver locally, within a 3 mile radius for a £3 delivery fee.

  • Every single treat is handmade by us so each one is unique. They might not be identical, but they’ll all be equally delicious.

  • If something isn’t quite right, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll always do our best to put things right.

  • ideally keep them in the fridge and bring to room temperature before eating. If you like a gooey cookie, you can heat the min the microwave for a few seconds to soften.

  • Orders are freshly baked before they’re posted. They’re dispatched every Wednesday via royal mail tracked 24 and should arrive by Thursday all being well with royal mail.

  • Yes, Most of our cookies and cake slices freeze really well for up to 3 months. Just defrost in a fridge before enjoying.

  • unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any products are free from allergens. All of our treats are made in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soya, peanuts and tree nuts.

  • We offer custom cupcakes for collection only.

    We can offer custom notes in your orders for any gifts and we can also add a little icing topper on any cakes if this is for a gift or occasion also.
